Clave y Son, an Atlanta-based powerpacked salsa band.

Clave y Son is Atlanta's freshest and most dynamic salsa band to storm dance clubs. The band arranges a unique blend of Cuban music, from the traditional all the way to today's contemporary and cutting-edge Timba jams.

The band holds an uncommon understanding of the musical evolution of modern-day Salsa. From Rumba-Guaguancó, Son, Salsa, all the way to Timba, Clave y Son transitions seemlessly from one to the other, and just as easily synthesizes them into cohesive and power-packed arrangements.

The results are explosive, dynamic and contagious sets that keep the dancefloor pumping and on its toes. Clave y Son is led by musical director/conguero Luis Gonzalez and Jose R. Ramirez "BamBam".
